I found my stay at the hotel to be quite mixed. On one hand, the rooms were not as comfortable as I had hoped due to poor air conditioning and some noise issues. The housekeeping missed my room, which was a letdown before leaving. On the other hand, the service, especially from Ms. [nashit logo] and Mr Umer at reception, was very cooperative and professional. However, I did feel a bit taken advantage of when the staff seemed to manipulate the private taxi service for their benefit. The location was ideal for shopping and proximity to the expo center, but the lack of attention to special requests like sending flowers was a disappointment. The dining options were decent but could use more attentive staff for better service. The hotel's facilities were satisfactory but nothing extraordinary stood out.
